Waterfront Residence – Outdoor Renovation

This project involved the renovation of an existing waterfront grill area, focused on structural improvement and architectural refinement.

Our scope included full architectural and structural design development, followed by the demolition of the existing roof and installation of a new custom-engineered metal structure. We completed precision carpentry with a custom hardwood ceiling and integrated lighting installation to enhance both functionality and ambiance.

From design through execution, the project was carefully coordinated to ensure durability, quality, and a refined final result.
