Apartment Renovation

This project features the complete renovation of a seasonal waterfront apartment in North Miami Beach, designed to create a refined, low-maintenance retreat with a contemporary aesthetic.

The scope of work included a full replacement of flooring throughout the apartment, new interior doors, and the modernization of all bathrooms, introducing cleaner lines, updated finishes, and improved functionality. The balcony was also remodeled to enhance the indoor–outdoor connection and take full advantage of the open water views.

The result is a sophisticated vacation residence that balances comfort, durability, and understated luxury, tailored for relaxed coastal living.
