Terrace Renovation

This project transformed an underutilized covered patio into a refined, contemporary outdoor living space that seamlessly extends the home’s architecture. The intervention focused on material continuity, spatial clarity, and architectural detailing rather than decorative excess.

A new wood slat ceiling introduces warmth and contrast to the previously flat white plane, creating a more intimate and visually balanced environment. The installation of a linear wood screen enhances privacy while allowing filtered light and airflow, adding both functional and aesthetic value.

The result is a sophisticated transitional area designed for outdoor living, where structure, proportion, and materiality define the experience.
